½ head of lettuce
1 large or 2 small nectarines cut into bite sized pieces
¼ cup almonds, crushed and toasted
¼ cup feta cheese
Add your favorite vinaigrette dressing.
Perfect combo of sweet and savory
The winter version of this salad contains lettuce, walnuts, pears or apples (depending on availability) and Gorgonzola.
